Neil Minter

Since October 2000 he has been working as an Extended Scope Practitioner in the spinal triage clinics at Frimley Park Hospital and has extensive clinical experience in the treatment of spinal conditions.


Neil is a member of the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Sports Medicine, a member of the Society of Orthopaedic Medicine and a member of the Extended Scope Practitioner Group.


Neil qualified at the Wolverhampton School of Physiotherapy in 1988. After working in the field of Orthopaedics and musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, he developed an interest in sports injuries. In 1998 he attended the Commonwealth Games as the Physiotherapist to the England Men's Hockey team and in 1996 and 2000 he attended the Atlanta and Sydney Olympic Games as the Physiotherapist to the Great Britain Men's Hockey team.

Elizabeth Strong

Elizabeth qualified in 1994 at the University of Brighton with a 2:1 hounors degree in Physiotherapy.  She has had 11 years experience working in local NHS hospitals. She has worked as club Physiotherapist to Bracknell Rugby Club for 6 years. 


She has previously worked as an Orthorpaedic practitioner specialising in knees. Her special interests include knees, facial conditions such as Bell's Palsy and sports injuries.

Susannah Davis

Susie qualified in 1989 at kings College Hospital School of Physiotherapy London. She is a member of the Society of Orthopedic Medicine and the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists. Susie practiced in the Royal Adelaide Hospital in Australia. On returning to England she continued her career by working in the NHS in Kent gaining experience in all aspects of Physiotherapy treatment.

Susie has worked in private practice in Orpington, in sports clinics including treating all aspects of musculo-skeletal injury. Susie joined our team in June 2008.

Di Tilston

Di trained as a Physiotherapist at Manchester Royal Infirmary.  After qualifiying she gained experience in all aspects of Physiotharpy working in hospitals in London, Bognor, Northern Ireland and in British Military hospitals in Germany and Aldershot.


Di spent 20 years as part of the Physiotherapy team at Frimley Park Hospital, 16 of which she was the lead Physiotherapist in the Paediatrics and Womens Health Service.


Di has a wealth of experience in treating children with musculo-skeletal problems and adults with all aspects of womens / mens health problems. For the past 4 years Di has been part of Neil Minter Associates where as well as giving indevidual treatment services, she is able to offer individual or group information services related to maintaining a healthy pelvic floor.


Nathan Kelly

Since 1996 Nathan has been supporting elite athletes in their pursuit of excellence, having worked alongside Neil with the England and Great Britain Hockey teams. Nathan has also worked within professional rugby, as Strength & Conditioning Coach at Saracens, as well with athletes from the sports of Rugby League, Football, Cricket, Triathlon and Archery.


Nathan now works with a diverse group of individual and team clients throughout Berkshire, South West and Central London.


Hazel Harris



Hazel trained at the pioneering London School of Sports Massage, and holds a Level 5 ISRM/BTEC diploma in Remedial Soft Tissue Therapy and Clinical Sports Massage.


Working alongside the team of Physiotherapists at Neil Minter and Associates, Hazel will assess patients and devise a treatment plan, then apply soft tissue massage techniques and offer advice on remedial exercises and lifestyle factors that can aid recovery and prevent further injury. She specializes in tailoring every massage to each individual's needs.


Soft tissue massage techniques and remedial exercise are suitable for people from all walks of life regardless of whether they are an elite athlete, a weekend warrior, or simply suffering from the aches and pains caused by a stressful lifestyle.

Emily Mulcahy

BSc Sport Science

Msc Applied Sport Psychology


Since Emily finished her Masters’ degree in 2015 she has pursued the British Association of Sport and Exercise Science accreditation in the area of Sport Psychology. Emily works with individual athletes and sports teams to improve their psychological skill sets in sporting environments.


Emily assesses athlete’s psychological areas for improvement within their sports performance and devises individualised and personalised plans to help improve on these areas.


She currently helps athletes in a range of sports including water polo, trampolining, athletics, golf and rugby.
